The purpose of Ministers United for Ministerial Development (MUMD) is to dispel the baneful and unethical experiences of the Young Minister. It is our desire to extend to the young Minister assistance in the form of an educational and spiritual foundation grounded toward leadership.
It is MUMD’s determination to reach the whole ministerial body through sharing many realities of ministry. To do this, there must be prayerful teaching and training:
-To always cultivate and maintain respect for Pastors/Senior Pastor/Preachers.
-To remain positive in our thinking and just in our actions.
-To elevate ourselves above ignorance, prejudices, suspicions and fear.
-To suggest some ways to be faithful in prayer, service, and in the study of God’s Word.
-To suggest some ways to establish our own priorities: evaluate, schedule, and control our time.
-To always remember our call and especially Who called!
